I was incredibly nervous about having a tooth removed as the last time I did (a decade ago at another practice) it was incredibly painful and traumatic. This time my dentist was patient, considerate and efficient. He made sure I was sufficiently numb before he went ahead and then was very considerate about the time needed to have my mouth in an awkward position for him to get the wisdom tooth out. He reassured me throughout, despite it being a very quick process and once it was finished, he was very careful to make sure that the bleeding had stopped, and the after-care was explained thoroughly. It was such a great experience, especially given my previous dental experience that I cannot recommend them highly enough! It’s not often that you thank a Dentist profusely for removing a tooth!

I recently visited the Hygienist here. As always a fantastic and genuine welcome and escorted to a clean and modern waiting area (next to a fish tank, very relaxing). My appointment was on time and I was led upstairs to a spacious treatment area where again a warm welcome was received. Just the right amount of chat to feel welcome and at ease. I sat in a spotlessly clean chair in a spotless modern room. The TV on the ceiling is always a great touch. Overall, a great experience. This truly is a great dentist with great staff. Thanks.

I have been a patient here for a number of years now and could not imagine going anywhere else. I choose to travel up to 1 hour for a reason. Not only is this practice immaculate and very well designed, but the professional and compassionate care is unlike anything I have ever received previously.I initially came to Simon with a tooth gap issue that had been bothering me for a very long time. I had been involved in an accident over 10 years ago at this point and had been told by a previous dentist that there was no hope for an implant and Simon made it happen, even after all that time. He restored my confidence and years later, my implant is still perfect and I have been returning ever since for my routine dental and hygenist appointments. The whole team are so welcoming, caring and always happy to accommodate you as quickly as possible when a need for an appointment arises. I have a lovely chat and laugh every time I visit to each of you and look forward to my appointments.They really are at the top of their field.

I’ve been a patient here for a number of years and would never go anywhere else! You always feel at ease as soon as you arrive with the welcoming reception area and friendly staff. I have also just completed a course of treatment with Adam who I felt had lots of empathy. He took time as well to ensure I was comfortable at every stage of the procedure which I found very reassuring so thank you so much! A very positive experience.

I would just like to express how impressed I’ve been with this dentist that was recommended to me within the last few days. With immediate effect the whole team treated me not only with great professionalism and care but showed an attitude that was extremely reassuring. With the location also being easy to find I could not praise this friendly forward-thinking dental practice any higher and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. In addition to this they have fitted me in with emergency work at such short notice in keeping with their mantra of “not to suffer unnecessarily” (almost) making a visit to the dentist something not to be dreaded.
